update of EU toy directive 2009/48/EC

On May 17, 2018, EC published the update information about the chromium VI content requirement in scraped-off toy material stated in Point 13 of Part III of Annex II to toy Directive 2009/48/EC. The detailed information is as below:

Member States shall adopt and publish, 17 November 2019 at the latest, the laws, regulations and administrative provisions necessary to comply with this Directive which should be applied from Nov 18, 2019.
